Naomi Tracz Jewellery Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! I hope you love your new jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Please review the details of our returns policy below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new and unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Personalised items, including bespoke and made-to-order pieces, cannot be returned, or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Return Process
- Email info@naomitracz.com to receive the returns address.
- For UK returns, please send your items via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- For international returns, use a tracked and signed-for service. Naomi Tracz Jewellery is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- If shipping costs were paid separately, they will be deducted from the refund amount. If shipping was free, no deduction will be made.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
