Do you take on bespoke work?
I am happy to take on bespoke work, I can help you with gemstone sourcing and design your piece with you. The first step is to have a chat about what you want, we can do this in person at my studio, online via Zoom or over email. There is no charge for this consultation. Once the design is agreed I will put together a quote for you and if you decide to go ahead I will then ask for a deposit to start work. The payments can be made in two to four instalments with the piece being delivered after the final payment is made.
Can you help me remodel my old jewellery?
I can work with you to re model old and unworn jewels and give them a new lease of life. Please get in touch to discuss any remodelling projects. The first step would be a consultation. How will my order be shipped to me?
I post all UK orders out via Royal Mail Special Delivery and all international orders via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For. If you would like your jewels sent out another way I am happy to discuss that with you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Please get in touch to discuss paying for a piece in instalments. I am happy to split the payments up to between 2-4 instalments and take payment by bank transfer.
Can you customise available and made to order pieces?
Yes! If you see a piece you like on my website but would like it in a different metal or with a different gemstone please get in touch, in most cases I can do this for you and will put together a quote for the piece you want.
Can I get engraving on any of your pieces?
Some of my pieces are suitable for engraving. Get in touch with any questions you have about engraving, and I will let you know if it is possible. If you do decide to go ahead, I will get a quote for you.
How do I find out my ring size?
If you can come and visit me in my studio I can measure your ring size for you. If that is not possible you can pop into your local jewellers and ask them to measure it for you.
Do you cover customs fees and import duties?
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or duties that may arise from their order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please read the item details carefully to understand if a piece is in stock or made to order. If it is in stock and ready to ship and you are in the UK, it will be with you in 3-5 working days. If you are outside of the UK that can be 3-7 days, however once the item leaves the UK I can no longer guarantee the delivery time.
If the piece is made to order it will say in the item description how long it will take to make, it can be anything from 2 to 8 weeks or more depending on the piece.
